4Warn Weather – Temperatures are staying on the mild side over the coming week, and we may even touch 80 degrees early next week.

Thursday

As we move into the weekend, expect a mix of clear and partly cloudy skies. Temperatures will drop into the lower 50s overnight, but we’ll warm up to the middle 70s on Thursday afternoon, making it another above-normal day.

While there’s a slight chance of one or two isolated showers in the afternoon and early evening, these will be few and far between, and most of us will enjoy a dry day.

Friday

However, Friday offers a better chance for more widespread rain. Showers are expected in the morning and afternoon. While a rumble of thunder can’t be ruled out, no severe weather is anticipated.

Weekend forecast

As we head into the weekend, the chance for rain looks pretty slim to none. The real excitement lies in the warming trend, with temperatures expected to climb close to 80 degrees by Sunday.

Next week

The early part of next week features more rain chances on Monday, Tuesday, and even Wednesday morning. However, long-range data hasn’t yet honed in on the exact timing, so fine-tuning will be needed in this part of the forecast.
